Web Copywriting

Research shows that people make their mind up about a website in 50 milliseconds. That means the design has to be spot on.

But, as the stock phrase of the web world has it, “content is king”. A good first impression is vital, but it’s the content that will make a visitor actually get in touch.

There are lots of things that go to make up good web copywriting. It needs to be clear and to the point – it’s much harder to read on-screen than in print. It also needs to be search-engine friendly – after all, if your website can’t be found, what’s the point in having one?

I’ve been writing content for websites for over seven years. If you’d like a web copywriter to work on your website – or would like an expert web copywriter to cast an eye over what you’ve written – please get in touch.
